How we handle your data

This website is operated by The Clear Harness team. We designed this site to help you understand our software and to facilitate requests for a product walkthrough. We do not include third-party marketing trackers by default and aim to keep our data collection strictly necessary for responding to your inquiries.

The Walkthrough Request Form

When you submit a walkthrough request, we collect the following information:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your company size (optional)
• Any workflows or systems you choose to mention (optional)

Purpose: We use this information solely to review your request, prepare relevant information about platform coverage, and contact you to schedule the walkthrough.

Storage: Your submission is securely stored in our database. We do not sell your information to third parties or automatically enroll you in external marketing lists.

Please do not include passwords, customer records, live API keys, or other sensitive personal information in the workflow description field.

Operational Analytics

This site is hosted on a managed application platform. The platform provider automatically injects an operational script (replit.com/script.js) to monitor uptime and infrastructure performance. This script is strictly used for platform reliability metrics and does not track your behavior for advertising purposes.

Interactive Demonstration Data

The interactive product preview on the home page operates entirely within your browser (client-side). Any limit adjustments, approvals, or simulated actions you perform in the demo are stored temporarily in your browser's session storage.

We do not transmit your interaction with the demo to our servers, and this data is cleared when you close your browser tab or use the "Reset demo" button.

First-visit video

We store a preference in your browser’s local storage after the welcome video ends or is dismissed so it does not appear on subsequent visits. This contains no personal information and is not sent to our server. Clearing your browser’s site data resets this preference.
